Choosing a Carpet Cleaner

Choose a carpet cleaner with proper  equipment .

No question, your carpet cleaner needs to be skilled and experienced but with out first-rate equipment he won’t be able to do the job as well as he’s trained to .
We own state of the art equipment and teach our employees how to use them properly, we also provide the best training and certification possible (IICRC).

Our Truck Monted System

Choosing a carpet cleaner based on price.

low price can be the bait and switch plan, then once in your home you’re pressure into a much more expensive job.

Higher prices usually are associated to big chains and can typically ensure you are getting good equipment and uniformed employees but much of the money you are paying is going to corporate office’s that take your money but do not offer you much in return.

Average Prices are what you can expect from medium to large local business that will provide you with the same or better service that large chains do, they set there price to ensure you get quality equipment and uniformed employees but at a more affordable price.

Choosing a carpet cleaner after calling more then one .

It’s always a good idea to check the credentials of the carpet cleaning company before you invite them into your home.
Are they a member of the Better Business Bureau
Do they offer firm, written quotations prior to performing any services
Do they have referrals they can provide, Make sure you ask for references or read comments from current customers so you can depend on the carpet cleaning company, their technicians and their work.

Choosing a carpet cleaner not certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute (IICRC)

If your carpet cleaner  isn’t a close friend you may not know whether he has the knowledge or experience to clean your carpet well.  You want to be sure you’re hiring a competent professional, make sure they are IICRC certified.  A carpet cleaner must earn this certification through study, experience and successful completion of formal, written examinations.  In effect, cleaners who are certified by the IICRC have earned a degree in carpet care and maintenance.

Choose a carpet cleaner who doesn’t use safe, non natural cleaning solutions that are free of soaps, detergents and harsh chemicals.
